Please contact us (sending email to tim@colling.com is the best way to contact us) with a description of the items you wish to order along with your shipping address. We'll respond back within 1 business day with the total amount of your order, including postage and insurance and California sales tax, if applicable. If you include your telephone number in your email, it may help to resolve any questions that may come up, by making it easier to contact you.
The prices listed here are "per item" prices, that is, where we indicate that we have more than one of an item, the price shown is for one piece, not for all the pieces. Our prices are "firm".
Except where noted otherwise, all dinnerware and pottery items offered for sale are in Excellent condition or better, meaning that they have no chips, cracks, crazing, repairs, or discoloration. Most of the items we sell are more than fifty years old and so we consider some minor usage marks, such as scratches, to be expected. Since corks and rubber stoppers can absorb contaminants and become unsanitary, our salt and pepper shakers are sold without corks or stoppers. Corks and stoppers can be purchased at most hardware stores.
Except where noted, Ephemera (paper collectibles) offered for sale are free of tears or stains. Not all advertisements will have the name, date, or page number of the publication in which they were listed because sometimes they've been trimmed off when we acquire them; however, wherever possible we preserve that information along with the ad. Most of the ephemera we sell is more than fifty years old and so we consider some yellowing or other signs of aging to be expected.

We do all our shipping on the Friday or Saturday following the receipt of any Money Orders or the passage of the check clearance period.
After we have sent you email with the total amount due for your order, please either make your payment via PayPal as described above or mail your check or money order or cashiers check to:

You may return any items with which you are not satisfied if you follow the following return procedures:
We will refund the purchase price of any items which you return to us in accordance with the above procedures. We will also refund the postage or shipping and related insurance costs for the original shipment and the return shipment if the items were not we described them or if their condition was not as we described them. If you are just "not satisfied" or decide that you just don't want the item, we will refund the purchase price only.

Shipping to U.S. or Canadian address only please. Buyer to pay for insured priority postage to American address. We do not charge extra for packing. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if payment is not received within two weeks of original order. California residents will be charged applicable California sales tax unless they provide a valid signed California resale certificate.
